Just finished my favorite part of Thanksgiving - my toasted turkey sandwich. Oh sure the big meal earlier was delicious, but still I love me some leftovers for my sandwich.

And we've got plenty leftovers since we had usch a small group this year. Most everybody was off with their in-laws, so it was me, Mama, Kirk and Dad. I did a bang up job of carving the turkey - go me! Mama did a super job on the dishes, especially the cornbread dressing. And her bread pudding was heaven. Good stuff.

Afterwards I helped clean everything up, and we played Trivial Pursuit: 90s. Poor Dad was completely clueless! He and I were a "team", and yep, we won, but I felt bad for him because he was so confused. But even so we had fun - lotta laughs. Kirk had some trouble on sports questions which was surprising. He should have gone with his first instincts as they mostly turned out to be right. The category that gave most of us fits was Wired, the technology one. I thought I would be fairly good at it, but not so much.
